We do not promise uninterrupted website availability. Third-party payment, delivery and linked services remain responsible for their own systems and terms, subject to our obligations to you as the seller.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing on this page limits or excludes the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which cannot be contracted out of where goods are supplied to a consumer, or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where you acquire goods from us for the purposes of a business, and you agree in writing that the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply, sections 43(2) and 43(2B) of that Act give effect to that agreement; a consumer purchase is unaffected. We do not publish a fixed monetary cap on our liability to a consumer.

Indemnity

Nothing on this page requires a consumer to indemnify us for our own breach, negligence or a matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
