This policy explains how Concrete Mould Company New Zealand, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, handles personal information when you browse, place an order or contact us.

Information we use

We use contact, delivery, order and support information needed to process purchases, deliver goods, prevent abuse, maintain records and respond to requests. Payment providers process payment credentials; the store does not receive or store full card numbers.

Why we use it

Information is used to perform the sales contract, meet legal obligations, protect the service and pursue legitimate business interests. Consent is requested where the law requires it, including for optional analytics or marketing cookies.

Who receives it

Relevant information may be provided to payment, delivery, hosting, email, fraud-prevention, professional-adviser and regulatory services where needed for the stated purpose. We do not sell customer personal information.

Retention and security

Records are kept only as long as required for orders, support, tax, legal and security purposes. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your rights

The Privacy Act 2020 and its information privacy principles apply to the personal information this store holds. You may ask us what information we hold about you and ask us to correct it, and we will respond within 20 working days. If we cannot agree, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz or on 0800 803 909. Contact theteam@concretemould.co.nz to make a request.

Some of the services that process information for us, including payment and email providers, operate outside New Zealand. Where that happens we rely on those providers holding your information under comparable safeguards, as principle 12 of the Act requires.
