Terms and conditions

These terms apply to concretemould.co.nz, operated by Concrete Mould Company New Zealand, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. They should be read with the Shipping, Refunds and Returns, Privacy Policy and Limited Liability Indemnity pages.

Product information and prices

We aim to describe products accurately. The current item price is displayed in New Zealand dollars. This store's checkout adds no tax to the price shown, so the figure on the product page is the figure charged for the goods; delivery, where it applies, is added separately and shown before payment. Delivery and the full order total are shown before payment. If a material error is discovered, we will contact you before fulfilment.

Orders and payment

Submitting payment is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it can be fulfilled. Card and PayPal payments are handled by the payment provider. We do not ask customers to email full card details.

Delivery

Delivery terms, charges and available destinations are set out on the Shipping and Delivery page. Risk passes as provided by applicable consumer law.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

Your return and faulty-goods rights are set out on the Refunds and Returns page. Your legal rights come from the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and the way we describe and advertise what we sell is governed by the Fair Trading Act 1986. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded, and the Consumer Guarantees Act cannot be contracted out of in a consumer sale. These terms and any contract made under them are governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
